Daily challenge "complete a match" doesn't appear until after restarting game

After the Season 2 update, the daily challenge "Complete a match in any game mode" does not appear in daily challenges when you first start the game after a daily reset. There will only be 2 challenges in the dailies.

After restarting the game, this 3rd challenge appears.
