Damage of NVO-228E Assault Rifle

I don't know if its a bug or a feature, but the NVO has listed damage of 33 per shot. But on the shooting range the numbers on the closest target is actually 27.

I have tested several other AR's and their dmg listed is accurate.

Looking into how long does it take to unlock this gun and attachments, with 27 damage per shot its just downgrade compared to previous guns like B36A4- NVO has slower RoF, is harder to control, less precise and having 27 (2 more!) damage per shot (close distance) doesn't make any difference- still 4 shots (or 3 headshots) needed to kill.

I played open beta and I could swear that the gun was just godly there, that's why I grinded it. But now I am just dissapointed. Can anyone tell me why is that? Is that a bug?

+1, disappointed by this bug as well. Same issue with the RPKM, stated as 33 damage up close but only giving 27. Hope these get fixed soon.

+1, the weapon only does 27 damage. need 4 shots to kill.

I thought something was off. I used the NVO so much I got the tap fire muscle memory. I have noticed that I had to tap on more time.
Also I noticed the spread on this gun messes up. 1st shot would not be on the red to it would move off to the left. Sometimes it will happen on all rounds almost like I'm not ads.
