DLSS broken and bugged again

yeah the dreaded DLSS bug is back... Almost every death you have to go back into settings and toggle the DLSS mode back and fourth to make it "clear up". I am using latest Nvidia driver (610.74) with a 5090 on a 4k display. Tried manual override in Nvidia app and that doesn't stop it. Seems like the only time it doesn't bug out is when the DLSS is set to 4.0 and quality. When using DLSS 4.5  or 4.0 at any setting below Quality then every time I respawn it bugs out and has almost a screen door like look to everything and sometimes its not apparent until you ADS and then you see how bad it looks. Desperately need a fix because DLSS is so important with Tsuru reef considering how bad that map runs even with a 9800x3d and a 5090........ 

PS: loving the game and happy for game to be heading in overall better direction per season.
