DLSS causes Mouse stutter

Using DLSS (without frame generation) causes random mouse stuttering on my Gsync OLED. This does not happen when using XESS or FSR. I thought  the problem was due to the borked mouse input the game has, but this is a different issue. Fix yesterday.
