Downed Squadmates Not Visible [RedSec]

Sometimes when a squadmate is downed, this happens:

1. you cannot see them on the minimap
2. they also dont have the downed squadmate icon above their body (they look like a downed enemy player)
3. they are only visible on the 'big' map (M key)
