Ever since the 1.1.2.0 update the 5MW green laser for the DRS-IAR doesn't work. When I equip it and load into firing range or a real game the hipfire spread is the same as if I didn't have the laser ...

Agreed! Same situation. The module is there, but it doesn't work.
