Hello. But XP Boosters haven't arrived to me too. I can go to training grounds and xp boosters and there is nothing. I had only pre order boosts there but nowhere i see 12x hardware boost and 12x career boosts??? Where are they and how can i get them?

I was also impacted by the install error at launch and was unable to play although I preordered the game through the EA store. I have similarly failed to receive my double XP tokens.

EA_Universa We all know where to find the XP Boost in general. The Boosts that were promised as compensation however were simply not distributed to affected players such as myself. We should have gotten 12x Career / Hardware XP boost each and they never arrived in inventory, at least for me, and judging by the comments on social media neither for most others.

I've followed that thread. The EXP boosts aren't there. There's clearly some kind of bug in issuing the exp boosts. Additionally, I have 2 duplicate mails that tell me about the exp boosts but both seem like they're missing some kind of graphic.

Hello, i also was impacted by the EA app bug on launch day and have the 'Phantom Edition' of the game and i also do not have my compensation rewards.

Same here wasn't able to play on release because of the "content not installed issue" even after purchasing it and preloading before release. I checked my in game inbox and I see nothing.

If the only response from an EA moderator for this issue is some copy and paste tech support cheat sheet bs telling us how to use our non existing exp boosts then i'd say we're cooked boys 💀

Same - no xp tokens received. Did reinstall the game late on friday though, hoped it would solve the problem, and it was solved while I was installing the game..

I received mine. I got 2 in game messages and later it was in my XP Boost area.

Mine did the same and this evening I went to check and they were in my XP Boost area. It had a orange bubble next to both of the XP blue logos so I knew something came through.

Same Here EA, I was blocked for two hours most frustrating two hours of this year! Give me my MF double XP already and reduce the grind for unlocking attachments it takes to long to unlock one single weapon's attachment! Love the game by the way just fix the small **bleep** and you going to get your investment 10x back 😁

Hello, I also had the same problem with the game and still haven't received the promised compensation. I thought that purchasing the "Phantom Edition" wouldn't cause any problems.

Same here, haven't received any compensation. Was not able to play the game with friends. Could join a portal server at 30hz but this was not a pleasant experience. I still expect the XP plus battlepass for season 2.

Bia the issue is that MANY MANY people have not received them. Whatever calculation was being performed to assess who was due the compensation may have factored in the Training Range time or where some folks like myself were able to get in for a few minutes on to a custom server. But the game was essentially non functional as you couldn't connect to anything else and I lost access shortly thereafter.
Compensation has not been issued to everyone. Please take this seriously.
