I purchased the Phantom Edition and preloaded the game. On launch day, I ran into a "missing content" issue. I redownloaded the content and tried to play, but it was unsuccessful. The only thing I managed to do was join a portal server, but I couldn't even start the game because it was a custom server. I noticed that the spawns were in the center of the map and everyone who spawned was instantly killed. I closed the game and didn't play for the entire first day. The next day, I played without any problems since they'd fixed it. Now I'd like to know how to get the rewards you promised, since I don't have anything related to them in my inbox.
Hi, I have not received any double xp compensation from purchasing the game on EA App.
Even bought the game a second time on xbox to be able to play because of your outage.

Hello. But XP Boosters haven't arrived to me too. I can go to training grounds and xp boosters and there is nothing. I had only pre order boosts there but nowhere i see 12x hardware boost and 12x career boosts??? Where are they and how can i get them?

EA_Universa We all know where to find the XP Boost in general. The Boosts that were promised as compensation however were simply not distributed to affected players such as myself. We should have gotten 12x Career / Hardware XP boost each and they never arrived in inventory, at least for me, and judging by the comments on social media neither for most others.

I was also impacted by the install error at launch and was unable to play although I preordered the game through the EA store. I have similarly failed to receive my double XP tokens.

Hello, i also was impacted by the EA app bug on launch day and have the 'Phantom Edition' of the game and i also do not have my compensation rewards.

Same here wasn't able to play on release because of the "content not installed issue" even after purchasing it and preloading before release. I checked my in game inbox and I see nothing.

If the only response from an EA moderator for this issue is some copy and paste tech support cheat sheet bs telling us how to use our non existing exp boosts then i'd say we're cooked boys 💀

Same - no xp tokens received. Did reinstall the game late on friday though, hoped it would solve the problem, and it was solved while I was installing the game..

Same here I got nothing. had the mentioned "not installed issue". Preordered Phantom edition on EA.
Where is the compensation ?
