Hi, I have not received any double xp compensation from purchasing the game on EA App.
Even bought the game a second time on xbox to be able to play because of your outage.

Hello. But XP Boosters haven't arrived to me too. I can go to training grounds and xp boosters and there is nothing. I had only pre order boosts there but nowhere i see 12x hardware boost and 12x career boosts??? Where are they and how can i get them?

EA_Universa We all know where to find the XP Boost in general. The Boosts that were promised as compensation however were simply not distributed to affected players such as myself. We should have gotten 12x Career / Hardware XP boost each and they never arrived in inventory, at least for me, and judging by the comments on social media neither for most others.

I'm replying to this just to put it out there that I, too, have the same issue. I even made a support ticket on launch day before I knew the Issue was widespread

I've followed that thread. The EXP boosts aren't there. There's clearly some kind of bug in issuing the exp boosts. Additionally, I have 2 duplicate mails that tell me about the exp boosts but both seem like they're missing some kind of graphic.

Mine did the same and this evening I went to check and they were in my XP Boost area. It had a orange bubble next to both of the XP blue logos so I knew something came through.

Bia the issue is that MANY MANY people have not received them. Whatever calculation was being performed to assess who was due the compensation may have factored in the Training Range time or where some folks like myself were able to get in for a few minutes on to a custom server. But the game was essentially non functional as you couldn't connect to anything else and I lost access shortly thereafter.
Compensation has not been issued to everyone. Please take this seriously.

Good evening, I haven't received my XP boost due to an EA Play issue. What can I do? (Please don't link me to a guide on where to find the boosts or how to view an in-game email.)

EA_Universa The issue is for many of us, there is nothing in our inbox or XP boost inventory. The instructions don't work because the boosts were never delivered.
The threads on this forum discussing the issue are about people who didn't get them. Instructions on how to access them don't help us. We can't access them because we didn't get them.

I haven't received the compensation I deserve. Couldn't play for like 8 hours or so after launch. This is unfair practice and unethical.
