Empty multiplayer chat window always on

Playing on Xbox Series X the BF6 Phantom Edition.

Since two days ago, the chat window (on the upper right side of my TV screen), stays on permanently during online multiplayer sessions. But, no in-game chat text appears, just the blurred out window which normally displays communications inside of it. Very annoying, as it takes up screen space for nothing.

I'm not able to disable it from the settings menu. Thanks for your attention for this irritating problem.
