[Engineer] Mouse 1 input carry over after switching to RPG

After holding mouse1, letting go and immediately switching to the RPG, the RPG instantly fires after swapping over. This can only occurs for the RPG. Tried to recreate on the MBT Law and didn't get the same issue. Don't have other launchers unlocked to test out if it's also an issue as well.
