Error Code 1:86001S:51001S:21062736220:-2145386496Q

I’m not able to load past this screen from the stat screen after trying to connect to online services.

I've fully restarted my router, fully restarted my console, cleared my cache, rebuilt my ps5 from safe mode, I’ve changed my dns to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, I unlinked and relinked my EA account to my PlayStation account, I disconnected from my LAN cable and tried on wifi as well as tried to use my phone hotspot but I live in a rural area and do not have good connection on my phone, and finally I deleted and redownloaded the game to my console.

I've reached out to PlayStation to try and get a refund so I could try and redownload the game with a new game license but since it’s been 14 days and PlayStation does not care about its player base they refuse to help refund or even give me a new access code.

I've attached photos of the error code in its entirety in hopes someone can help or at least tell us why it’s happening and when it’s gonna be fixed. I’ve spoken with support but they can only direct me to the forums.

    Some players found that plugging in USB drives, external SSDs or certain USB peripherals , keyboards etc caused this error by interfering with authentication. It may be a backend issue though so you'd need to contact EA support to escalate the issue, account authentication, game license mismatch, or network route to EA servers.

    yea I’ve gotten everything unplugged from my PlayStation so I’m hoping support can get this rectified. I was playing fine until the most recent update and now I can’t even get to the dang campaign

    I had the same problem and couldn't find a solution until I discovered that you need to go to your PlayStation settings, then to your account, then restore your licenses, and finally restart the game.

    No clue what happened but I loaded bf6 up this morning and it worked fine without issue.

    I hope other have similar luck and are only out for a few days.

    I wish I had more to offer to this thread but I can’t even guess what happened and I’m guessing EA won’t be forthcoming with an answer
