Fell Through Map After Being Run Over by a Friendly Tank

Game Mode: Conquest 

Map: Liberation Peak

Platform: PC

I was run over by a friendly tank and clipped through the ground, falling completely out of the map's boundaries. I landed in a large water area located beneath the map. I was able to swim around in this area for several minutes. I had to use the "Redeploy" option to get back into the game.

    I can confirm this is happening with other vehicles in other situations, too. For example, I was behind the IFV repairing it, the driver started to reverse, pushing me backwards while I was still making repairs, but pretty soon I've got clipped into the vehicle and then fell through the ground. I guess this method can be easily replicable.
