Friends don't see me as "playing bf6" and cannot join me to form a party.

This started happening after the end of an overzealous ban of a week (but this is another topic). Once my ban was over, I came online to play and none of my friends could see me as "playing bf6" (it seems im always just "in menu" or something) and thus cannot join me to form a party (my invites don't seem to work either). The only way that I can play is if I'm always the one joining on them or sometimes it works if I reboot my game (but this needs to be done pretty much every single time). They then see me as a "ghost" as can be seen in the screenshot bellow (perspective of my friend). My name should be where the green box is. Can someone look into this please. Thank you.
