GAME CRASHING MY PC MAKING IT RESTART

sometimes i launch the game and my pc randomly crash decided to restart itself, then sometimes it does thru first game and sometimes after a while in later games, BUT ITS HAPPENING EVERYDAY, it makes my pc lifespawn shorter. game not playeble until its fixed.
