Game Crashing

My game keeps crashing since the update before the recent one. It will start running completely fine but then my gun disappears, CPU jumps up and the game just crashes. I'll admit I'm running on 

Processor    12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F (2.50 GHz)
Installed RAM    32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
GPU NVIDIA RTX 3050

but it was running 110% fine before these past two updates

Things I've tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling

repairing files

updating my drivers

Messing with graphics options and having it on the lowest settings possible.
