Game goes crazy after the person i wanted to spawn on dies

It happens every time. After i get killed and wanted to spawn on a squadmate and the person gets killed before i could spawn the game goes crazy. Just try it. My game goes absolute bonkers if that happens. We lose mouse cursor, the game locks on something or someone but without cursor we cannot see what the game has locked on, and where we spawn. No matter if we try to move our mouse to change it just stays. We need to press escape 4-5 times get back to menu and then back to game to get the mouse cursor back, but even this method does not always work.
