Game keeps Resetting my Custom settings

every time I launch BF6 I have to Re do my settings because ever time i launch the game it asks me to set up my setting even though I'm level 91 have played on the same account on the same system every time and had my custom setting saving perfectly fine before hand when i would launch the game.

P.S. this has only started to happen since they announced that right now that BF6 is on a free to play trials for users (I all ready own the full game)
