Game stops giving points / credit after a certain amount of actions

I've noticed several things in game that seem to have a "cap" to the amount of times you can do them and get points. For example:

• There have been several games where I have not been able to go over 22 assists
• Vehicle repairs stop giving points after about 15-20 repairs
• Spotting with recon drone stops giving points after about 15-20 spots
• This one isn't really related to the above, but "Assist counts as kill" does not get added as a kill on the scoreboard
