Same behavior here. 9800X3D, 96GB 6000 CL30, RX9070XT. Also tested with an RTX 5090. All the latest Drivers and BIOS

Good stuff on the video, thank you for including that. Hopefully we get a fix soon!
Another fix for a fix which should have already fixed that. EA/DICE is always there for a surprise.
However, upon further testing, I switched to "Borderless Mode" and the stuttering is gone. Maybe if others that are also plagued with the issue could test that and give feedback that would be pretty niceTried everything listed and still have micro stutters.
Leave it to EA...
