Funnily enough, I started encountering stuttering AFTER the hotfix that was supposed to fix it. I started experimenting a bit and as far as I can tell keyboard button presses disrupt mouse input leading to stuttering. When I press any keyboard button while moving my mouse, it starts to stutter. It becomes very obvious when you press any keyboard button repeatedly while moving your mouse. The netgraph does not pick this up, so it does not seem to affect FPS but the mouse input.
