Gauntlet Tier One Operator complete, no rewards

I've completed all 5 challenges and its been maybe a week of playing and still dont have the rewards despite it showing it as completed in the challenges tab. I restarted game, computer, played more gauntlet, won more games and it still has not let me use the stickers on my guns or profile/card
