There are ghost challenges appearing on the main menu - they do not correspond to any in-game challenge, or appear on the dedicated Challenges screen, only on the main menu.

Same for me on Ps5. Also have the issue where an extra challenge is being tracked but never shows, not sure if that's related
Have that issue also, the "other" ghost challenges. I can only track 3 challenges as there is a ghost and unseen fourth challenge which is taking up a spot (doesn't appear in the tracked challenges tab).
Not sure if related but yes, another challenge bug.
I noticed the same issue. Challenges in main menu that don't correspond to any challenge that are active. Also made a bug report about this a bit back.
