Glitches on BF6 Xbox

Was fine when I first got it thought it was normal as it was new but weeks on and I dont play it anymore I requested a refund but no joy the visual defect interrupts gameplay so bad I cant see through it im debating in buying the dosc and see if its just because its downloaded but to buy one game twice is a bit daft I think .
