Glitter, blinding lights, and black areas on eastwood mostly around A.

I've been having a repeating bug where, starting at the A end of the map in eastwood I get blinding glittering lights and areas of complete black. I tried a few thing to resolve it. (Reinstall shaders, reinstall Radeon etc.) Culminating in a full pc rebuild from scratch (was overdue anyway) only to find the issue persists. I can't find any other references to this in forums etc so wanted to post here.

Machine specs 

Intel i5 12400f, 32 GB ram, game running on 1tb SSD, Radeon Rx 6600 (8gb)
