GPU temperature get high when I'm on customization menu.

Hello. 

My PC Specs:
Aorus Xtreme RTX 3080 10GB
64 GB Ram
AMD 5800x
SSD Samsung 980

Today I changed GPU thermal paste. On gameplay part, GPU has very good temperature (hotspot 63-70 degrees celsius), but when I'm on menu customization with characters (not on weapon customization), GPU temperature gets very high (about 80 degrees on hotspot). I tried to lower FPS to 30 and it's worked. So 

I suggest to add separate FPS limiter to Main Menu or fix this bug that GPU starting speeding up when I'm on this menu.
