GPU usage stuck at 0% CPU 100%

I have an issue where my GPU is not using my GPU 0 - COPY and not my actual GPU 3D version and not allowing my GPU to be used at all causing really bad frames and performance issues. 

I have gone through everything to try and fix my hardware or software issues that could possibly be on my side but all checks out ONLY EA titles have this issue for me and I am guessing it has to do with the anti cheat not allowing my GPU to access anything. Probably a kernel issue.

Can something be done for this at all?
