Grim Reaper Dog Tag Bug

Hey gta_finest​ After completing the match, have you tried restarting the game or playing another match to help sync your account?

EA_Pulsar Yes, I have tried everything. What else can be done to resolve this? I've spent a lot of hours grinding for that tag and very disappointed now that I did it and dont even have it.

I also notice sometimes when I go to my dog tag section the whole thing is buggy and constantly jumping around and wont let me look at some of the dog tags/challenges required to complete them.

I am playing on PS5 btw.

Now that I have looked around online there seems to be multiple people who have had this issue.

Will it ever get resolved or added to my account?

Someone help please!

Obviously I've tried restarting the game and playing another match before joining an online forum to report the issue and complain...

So, no one here can help and this is a complete waste of time?

Thanks again for reporting this issue and for sharing the screenshots. I understand that the Grim Reaper Dog Tag remains locked on your accounts. I’ve forwarded this to the team for review.

For me it is showing an inaccurate number now. My highest kill count in BR was 27 and its been showing this, but since a couple days ago its showing 43 for some reason.

After the update this is still not fixed!

Please award me the dog tag I worked very hard to unlock!!!

We’re not able to grant it manually from our side, but your bug report has been passed on to the team.

All these months later and dog tags are still buggy. Really frustrating to try to complete all dog tags, where you really have to fight tooth and nail for some of them... only for them to not unlock even though you have met the criteria.
