Thank you for mentioning this. I did in another post, but not under the bug section.
The description in the Loadout of the M41A7 TOW2 Missile states: An anti-tank missile that can be guided to the target via a weapon's crosshairs. Capable of locking onto targets that have been marked with the Laser Designator or Tracer Dart.
No crosshairs, and it does not lock onto anything.
