Helicopter Gunner recticle gone?

Since the last big update, whenever I get into the Helicopter gunner seat, My Chaingun 30mm middle dot on the recticle never appears? It appears on the TOW missile shown. I have looked through every setting after the update but had no luck?

Can someone point me in the right direction
