Hello, I found I bug in the SG 553R Carbine Rifle

1.) The new Briar Shot skin doesn't appear while in game after it has been attached. 

2.) The original olive green factory skin also doesn't appear while in game and appears to be solid black. 

3.) I received an in game notification that my SG 553R Carbine Rifle was upgraded to Mastery Level 31, but when I go into loadouts, it says my rifle is at Mastery Level 2.

I've already done everything I can think of to correct the problem from my end, I've logged out of game and verified my files at STEAM, but it doesn't help.
