So — the announcement of the first major patch for the game just came out, and what do you think? Of course, there’s not a single mention of the VRAM overflow issue. EA clearly doesn’t care about its players, just like before. I still haven’t even received the bonuses I was supposed to get after being unable to log into the game through the EA App.
Zampella’s arrival only fueled the noise around BF6 — and that’s it. EA’s attitude toward players remains the same: absolute indifference. Aren’t you ashamed, EA employees? You’ve got an obvious problem affecting everyone with a smaller amount of video memory — and, funny enough, it also hits those with a lot of VRAM.
I’ve got an RTX 4080 Super and a 4K monitor — and I still can’t play properly on Overkill settings because after every match, the video memory gets completely filled up. Disgraceful! You had the same issue in BF2042, and now it’s happening again!
I really hope that when EA is sold to new owners, they finally clean things up and fire at least half of the dead weight!
