I've recorded benchmarks of two maps showing the issue - empire state and blackwell fields, maybe it'll help devs to investigate this issue. On manhattan bridge and operation firestorm it is exactly the same

play 2;14 in empire state vid for example (stutter happens at 2;16)
Happens like 7 times in that video they posted, I have the same experience on that map. There is 3 other maps affected that does it 2-5 times a match on conquest.
