Same here. RTX3080 10G & 13600K, will go from 7.0/9.8 GB to 9.7/9.8 GB after an handful of games, and then frames are unstable as ever. changing settings only prolongs time before the issue. Not even Horizon: Forbidden West 4K Ultra gave me instability this bad, and I maxed it as much as I could with my hardware.
Almost a month and still no announcement or fix? **bleep**.
MSI RTX 3080 Suprim 10G, Intel i5 13600K, 32GB 6400MT/s CL30 RAM (XMP), MSI MEG z690 ACE, 2x 2TB SN850x NVMe SSD, Windows 11 pro, 3840x2160 Resolution
EDIT: NVIDIA dropped a new driver update November 4th 2025 that fixed my issue entirely. When I had updated to the previous version, it had not helped, but the latest driver seems to have stabilized the entire game. VRAM is now stable and FPS does not tank when the graphics are capped out. I was able to play the entire night with no instability issues. Will test the “automatic” settings later as well as pushing higher settings to see how it reacts. Update your NVIDIA drivers to the NOVEMBER release, do a CLEAN INSTALL ONLY and see if it fixes your issue!
