I never received the 2X XP boosts from the EA App debacle on launch day

Didn't get mine either.
At this point I don't understand why they keep saying they fixed it before they make sure they did.
It is like the second or third time I hear them saying it is fixed.

If you haven't received anything so far its because you either Played Portal Or Went to the firing range Source > https://forums.ea.com/discussions/battlefield-6-technical-issues-en/compensation-update/12747854/replies/12752339 EA has basically said if you played Either Portal Or Firing range You technically Played the Game

Same. I have NOT received my compensation either. Couldn't help notice that content creators like Jack Frags got theirs though.

I just made a 2nd case with EA to ask what is going on with this issue. Especially before BP season 1 comes out so soon. 

I havent received it. i have talked to EA support 2 times and they just say it will take time. hope we get it when the battlepass releses.

I also never received mine at all. Still waiting for it. I emailed support and they told me to go to my inbox and it should be there, it isn't. Pretty ridiculous 

I still have not received mine either. I only tried to play one time. Got that error. Shut it off. I didn’t play Portal or anything. But I did play it on PS5 after the EA app didn’t work. Probably means I am getting hosed since I played the game. Just not the version I wanted to play.
