Title describes the post. On the launch day of BF6, I was not able to access any matchmade games in BF6. It was my understanding that since I preordered the Phantom Edition via the EA app, I would receive 12x Career XP boosters, 12x Hardware XP boosters, and the Season 2 Pass. I have not received any correspondence regarding this ever since EA announced that this compensation would occur.
I have checked my in-game mail, I have checked my XP booster inventory. There's nothing regarding these boosts in either. The only XP boosts I've received have been a few 30 minute Career XP boosters from Twitch Drops.
I opened a ticket with EA Help and was given no response.
Same, haven't received it. I haven't created a ticket yet though.

Didn't get mine either.
At this point I don't understand why they keep saying they fixed it before they make sure they did.
It is like the second or third time I hear them saying it is fixed.
