IFV Laser Paint Causes Silent Locks on Aircraft; Flares Ineffective

This has happened at least 3 times to me where I'll be flying in a helicopter, get painted, then I'll get no warning that an IFV was locking onto me with their MR missile and I get blown up. Dice plz...

It's completely broken, everyone is using it now since some YouTubers showed it

They need to fix this asap.

On a side note you shouldn't be able to just stand in spawn doing this too. Like either disable the designator or weapon in spawn, or just straight up detect if someone is camping in spawn and kick them out with a timer.
