IFV Laser Paint Causes Silent Locks on Aircraft; Flares Ineffective

This has happened at least 3 times to me where I'll be flying in a helicopter, get painted, then I'll get no warning that an IFV was locking onto me with their MR missile and I get blown up. Dice plz...

It’s really broken it’s in every game now frustrating… is DICE going to do anything about it ? I’m an old timer I don’t have twitter…hopefully this goes away otherwise is game over for me, I’m only here for the vehicles. Infantry maps with the new movement COD like is horrendous people sliding hopping everywhere
