IFV Laser Paint Causes Silent Locks on Aircraft; Flares Ineffective

This 100% was happening to me.  The helicopter will be painted but no sound of incoming missile or on the visual and the helicopter blows up from the missile even after flaring.  Another issue I was having was with the AA similar issue where you would flare and doesn't matter their missile would hit anyway. Battlefield please fix this and also AAs their missiles are one shot one kill.
