In game text chat broken

The same. [Enter] shows chat popup but can't type

 Can't even see typing bar (just reading mode chat)

also doesnt work for me since the patch. i restarted and it worked once and immediately stopped working again and hasnt worked since

I'm the same, the text chat doesn't work for me, I have reinstalled, repaired, modified text options, reset the settings and nothing works. 80€ are not enough it seems to be...

It is impossible because such a major feature being broken would have been caught in Labs or something before the holiday

Same. Broke since winter offensive, hot patch didnt fix it.

same.  i run full screen mode here.   I can pull up chat, but not able to type at all.

Last night i put an old saveprofile back in config directory and relaunched and it worked, but today it is broke again.
