Inbox reward disappeared after claiming it

I reported a cheater in-game and I think they were banned. I got an inbox message about it with a reward which I claimed. I think it was a sticker that said Built-In aimbot or something, and a title that said Talented... but upon redeeming it, the items are nowhere to be found. Restarting the game didn't fix it.
