Initiation breakthrough missing from training grounds

Seeing posts all over socials and sites. There are level 30+ players that still see it. I’m only 17 and it disappeared yesterday and has been gone since. I play casually and competitively. It’s nice to have some lobbies with more bots so have a lesser stressed game. BF 2042 was GREAT for this. I didn’t mind an XP cut for the fun. Portal lobbies are always at capacity and it’s terrible. Please help. I love the concept of this game but the execution has been sub par for casual players all over. On Xbox if that helps.
