Installation of RedSec texture file uninstalls RedSec main file and vice versa

I have found a bug with the built-in file manager that doesn't let me install the HD texture file of the RedSec portion of the game without uninstalling the RedSec main file. 

...47.png shows the files after it finished the installation of the texture file. notice the not installed BF RedSec main file. 
...51.png shows the files after I clicked to reinstall the BF RedSec main file. that automatically uninstalled the texture file.

I just can't get it to have it both installed and this doesn't seem intentional. please look into it.
