Joystick binds no longer display in the Joystick settings

In the Controller / Edit Settings / Joystick page, assigned joystick buttons and axes no longer show. 

The Square indicator next to each non-default function assignment does still show if a button or axis has been assigned, just not the buttons/axis.

Axes and buttons that are mapped but not showing in the UI still function in the game.
