Knife glitch through weapon
i knifed shortly before jumping over a barricade and my knife glitched through my weapon, video attached.
On PC through steam.

I've had this happen too. Tried to knife 2 different people in one game. I think it is the hunting knife. I changed it to the standard knife and it worked fine.
