KOTH respawn beacon glitches

Note, the respawn beacon in KOTH behaves differently than in other game modes. Friendly can not spawn on it and can only be used while in the "downed" state.

When respawning on your beacon you maintain the UI of said "downed" stated for a few seconds. Once the timer for that "downed" state runs out while you're alive you're black screened. An existing glitch is that it also doesn't count as a death, however I didn't report it as I found it funny getting "30-0" games while I was effectively meat waving a point. 

This glitch is very replicate able and is stackable; if you die, replace beacon, repeat. Only stacked it once and ended up with a black screen with the "downed" UI.

I believe it's caused by the fact you don't "die" or "give up" while using the spawn beacon.
