I have been seeing this issue on Xbox as well. Absolutely agree it should be fixed to give it to you once completed, but here are some things that have worked to get the unlocks for me:

1, Complete a match. Not sure if intentional, but seems like you don’t get access to choosing new items until completion of a match after completion of the assignment/level up.

2. If above does not work, restart the game. Sometimes it just does not give you things unless you restart.

Restart dosent work.

Its strange because the second gun is open and the kts is not..

Same issue. Completed the second LMG missions as well but the KTS never unlocked

KTS100 NOT UNLOCKING

yeah me too. Tried restarting game and still locked even though i have completed Bullet Storm 1

I have unlocked the m240 and m250L

Playing on steam on pc and just unlocked it after the update that lowered challenges

Me too hope they fix it ,kts is à great gun 

me too i finished the 2 missions and received M240L only the KTS is still locked, please fix this bug.

Same problem here. Nothing helps. Lvling up, finish rounds, Gauntlet, BR, finishing assignment after the broken one... as said: nothing helps.
