As the title says. Sometimes after leaving a match I get a black screen resulting in me having to restart my game. I don't know why it happens and it doesn't happen all the time. I do see my frame rate counter going to the 1500+ but after waiting for a bit nothing happens.
tell us how to access log files, ill tell you the exact error for when it happens so it can get sorted. Where is the text file that tells you the errors when they appear? whats standard for you guys over there?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been experiencing. If you’re open to it, could you try launching the game on a new Windows user account to see if it still occurs? This step will create a fresh registry and a new set of overall settings, which may help rule out account issues. Thank you!
happens 9/10 times when quitting any type of match at any time. Really annoying to have to relaunch the game after every match if someone dcs or something
Just had this happen during a redsec game. The graphics made the roofs on buildings shiny with light and then random black spots on the ground. Backing out of the game took me to a black screen and i had to restart.
all updates current on win 11, 5070ti card, 64 ddr5 ram, game updates all done too.

this has happened to me also, i wish they can reply to me on how to check the log, so i can pint point them an acutal bug report and reproduction. anyone know how to find the log files?
