Loadout change issues and view level

Sometimes the loadout is forgetting my loadout  saves. Sometimes when i start another match i cant choose all out of the types of the weapons only just a few. Yesterday, when i finished the campaing i  cant join the multiplayer section, until i unistalled the singleplayer mode. After that it doesnt show my level and refleshed the titles etc.
