Locked content/items

in my particular issue that I’m having I have the battle pass pro and my soldier skin speak no evil is unlocked in the instant rewards section, but I cannot use the skin in game and then also my bullet storm challenge one says that it’s completed with the green checkmark, but the gun is still locked
